Upper Noe Block Party 2019 on September 28 from noon to 3 pm at Upper Noe Rec Center was great fun and a resounding success. Hundreds of neighbors came together with Upper Noe merchants, schools, associations, city agencies and esteemed public officials for an afternoon of fun activities, music and treats.
Thank you to everyone for showing up and being the life of the party. A special thanks to those who staffed a table at the event and or provided the support necessary to make it happen.
